"We stumbled upon this hidden gem during a recent visit to the area. I've been teaching in Germany for over 20 years, and this may be the best Italian food we've had in Germany. Best bruschetta - lots of finely chopped tomatoes and basil, with just the right mixture of olive oil and balsamico. The chicken carbonara was also wonderful. The sauce was light and flavorful. We also shared a salad. The whole meal was full of fresh ingredients that made for a tasty and healthy meal - all at a very reasonable price (much less than we'd pay for such a meal in Los Angeles). It also is a great example of an old-fashioned family run restaurant. As we arrived, the owner was passing her 4 month old daughter off to a relative so she could work as the maitre de, waitress, and bus-person, while her husband is the cook. We like to support family-owned and family-run businesses. We had such a great meal, we went back the next night - that's how much we enjoyed it. Give it a try - we think you will too."

"Ich habe die argentinischen Rotgarnelen probiert. Es war einfach ausgezeichnet. Es war mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und sah einfach köstlich aus. Dazu habe ich den besten Lugana (Weißwein) der Stadt getrunken. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese große Portion sehr fair."

"Dieses kleine süße Restaurant ist gut versteckt, aber nach eine Runde Bowling haben wir es doch entdeckt. Wir haben nur Pizzas gegessen, alle super lecker, unser Favorit war die Pizza la Gallina mit Hollondaisesoße, ich weiß ungewohnt, aber glaube mir, DU WIRST ES LIEBEN!! Die anderen Speisen hörten sich auch viel versprechend an. Die Bedienung war auch sehr höflich und hilfreich beim Auswählen. Ein sehr netter Persischer Herr, ich weiß, auch ungewonnt in einem Italienischen Restaurant, aber er hat den Abend noch schöner für uns gemacht. 100% empfehlenswert!!! Wir werden wieder kommen Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für den schönen Abend"

"Essen ist super lecker - besonders die Pizza. Heute das 2. Mal dort bestellt, direkt über deren Webseite in der Bestätigungsmail stand Lieferzeit ca 8 Minuten, habe über eine Stunde gewartet.. Der Auslieferungsfahrer ist aber sehr nett! Zum Ambiente kann ich leider keine Angaben machen, da ich bisher nur bestellt habe. Habe aber nur gutes gehört."

"What a beautiful quaint neighborhood italian restaurant. Lots of seating indoors but a nice peaceful patio out front with tables and seating for outdoor dining. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our cocktails, appetizers, and main courses. Everything tasted fresh, and we were not disappointed. If you find yourself by the lake in Hannover, I recommend a stop at Ristorante Arezzo."
